Washington College Grant Repayment Policy

Washington College Grant recipients who withdraw prior to the start of the term or are terminated from Paul Mitchell The School Federal Way or otherwise fail to attend classes and complete zero hours in any given term must repay 100% of disbursed state grants. Students who fail to attend classes or who receive funding based on fraudulent information will be required to repay 100% of state grant funds received. If a student withdraws after state funds are disbursed at the commencement of the term, the state grant is considered 100% earned and no state grant repayment would be due. All monies disbursed to the student shall be included in the repayment calculation. State grant repayment calculations are made separately from Federal Title IV repayment calculations.

NOTE: Paul Mitchell The School Federal Way will calculate award amounts however no request for payments of Washington College Grant funds will occur until after a student actually starts school and has clocked hours in the school’s time clock.
